This Business Value Health Check is different from most health checks in that it focuses of value realisation rather than specifically doing configuration on your system. The Business Value Health Check takes the form of an initial meeting with you (15 to 30 miutes) to agree the scope objectives, outcomes, and deliverables. This is a FREE meeting via Zoom.
The second meeting (60 minutes) is a Deep Dive & Diagnose session to develop an understanding of your current Salesforce and Certinia apps and the business processes you are needing them to support. We’ll ask about any specific challenges you’d like to address and any problems that need a fix.
Throughout the process we Identify areas and solutions for improvement, optimization and automation.
The third meeting (30 minutes) is where we’ll chart out some actionable recommendations and a tailored roadmap to maximize your technology investment.
